DELIVERY AND RETURNS
At Skandic Hus, we take pride in the shipping service we offer. All orders are thoughtfully packaged, wrapped in tissue paper and where necessary, in sturdy boxes lined with bubble wrap.
We will endeavour to dispatch your purchase within 1 – 2 days, sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by our appointed courier. Please note that a signature is likely to be required.
If you need your purchase in a hurry, please do contact us directly on 01242 255826 and we will try our hardest to meet your deadline.

Where do we ship?
For now, Skandic Hus are unable to ship outside the UK.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, having notified us within 7 days (by email email@example.com) that you wish to return them.
The returned product/ products must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. For fragile items, please ensure they are securely packaged. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage for your return parcel, as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
As soon as we receive the returned products and providing they are in perfect condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account. We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

If your delivered item is faulty when you receive it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. We would also appreciate a photograph showing the fault. Please let us know whether you require a replacement or a refund and we will then advise on how to proceed with the refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
